The elemental gas argon is actually found in a good portion of the cubes we sell. Whether it needs it or not, pure argon is pumped into the ampules containing various other elements to deprive it from access to air's oxygen. Making up just under 1% of the atmosphere, argon is the 4th most plentiful of gases here on earth after nitrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide. Being inert and readily available, argon finds many industrial uses that exploit its antioxidant properties.
